Vulcan Chaingun is a weapon introduced in Revenge of the Yolk. It's an unlockable since Ultimate Omelette. The bolt damage was also adjusted in that game, generally buffing damage output except for the last two power levels. This page describes the version seen in the episodes and Universe before version 5.1.
Strategy
It fires ultra-fast metal shards at an extremely fast rate, however each shard deals minimal damage. Concentrated fire will quickly tear through anything in its path. Manual fire isn't any better than automatic fire, so you'll have to watch out for Overheating.
It's available from Chapter 2 in Revenge of the Yolk. You can unlock this weapon for 75 
in Ultimate Omelette and Cluck of the Dark Side. Even then, it won't appear until Chapter 5.
Pros
- Fast firerate.
- Very fast projectiles.
Cons
- Requires automatic fire.
- No spread.
- Weak projectiles.
- Has since been succeeded by the Boron Railgun and the Hypergun.
It's a member of the Hot group, so it has its weaknesses and strengths.
